Hi, I've been using my Plantronics Audio995h headphones for a long time with the same laptop I'm using now. One day, I was shutting down my computer and it had started installing updates. Unfortunately, I was dubmb enough to interrupt the installation and force-shut-down my laptop. When I restarted my laptop, all the drivers were either corrupted or deleted. But luckily, I managed to install them all over again. But my camera driver and this headphones driver doesn't seem to be working ever since that day. I've contacted them on their website and they just respond that the headphones use these drivers and are plug and play:

C:\WINDOWS\system32\drivers\drmk.sys C:\WINDOWS\system32\drivers\portcls.sys C:\WINDOWS\system32\drivers\USBAUDIO.sys C:\WINDOWS\system32\SysFxUl.dll C:\WINDOWS\system32\WMALFXGFXDSP.dll

I checked the location, and all the drivers were available. Earlier, when the headphones were working perfectly, there was a separate option for 'Plantronic Audio Device' under Playback devices. Now when I connect the USB, the headphones pair up with the dongle, but there's a yellow little exclamation mark in device manager and I don't get an option of 'Plantronics Audio Device'. I have tried uninstalling the driver and restarting the computer it checks for the driver but fails and shows 'No drivers found for this device'. I'm helpless at the moment as I've lost my laptop's CD. They (Plantronics) have responded me by instructing to reinstall all the drivers that were listed before and I don't know how to do that as it says I need permission to paste any file in my drivers folder. If you could help me I would be more than grateful.

-Thanks

P.S. will reinstalling the windows reinstall all the drivers? as my camera driver and my headsets aren't working.
