I was trying to update my credit card info through the accounts/billing , used online support with technician Jevane, while helping me he said my computer had been hacked and I needed to be transferred to the the anti hacker department. The technicians name was Jonathon. He stated the he could see my computer was hacked and I need to by their security package for $500.00. He stated he would remove my existing security software and fix my computer. When I started asking questions he became rude and condescending. He then re-offered everything for $300.00.

 

 

The whole process of getting help from Microsoft is way to exhausting and I believe these people perpetrating these scams are fully aware.

 

Just where does one go to get satisfaction in a timely manner? This should not take up half of ones day!!!!!!
