how do i stop a pif-file from using my memory?

how do i stop a pif-file from using my memory?

I got it in a mail, and doubblecliked on it....

I cant delete it, i cant find the program that runs it.

the proces has shut down Windows Essentials security.

And it took me 10 minutes to write this text because of the file is running...
