How to delete unused pagefile?

I had used C: drive for VM once, and create a ghost image for OS backup,

After that, I had switched D; drive for VM, but not update the ghost image for OS backup.

After I restore my OS image, and find that C: drive is used for VM instead of D: drive, but pagefile is kept on D: drive, and

I would like to know on how to delete unused pagefile on D: drive.

Does anyone have any suggestions?
