Trojan-Malware problem

Hi

I received a EMAIL from a FUNERAL HOME yesterday

(One of my friends hasn't been heard from in awhile and I have been wondering if she is OK )

SO I opened it~ WRONG THING TO DO

NOW I have a TROJAN MAL WARE virus

Microsoft security essentials alerted me

I did procedure for removal

It was removed and everything seemed OK went to LOG IN work (home virtual position) this morning

STILL THERE

PLEASE PLEASE HELP OR HAVE SOME ADVICE?

I am going to take computer to computer store(IT TECHS) here in Vegas( but that is costly).

If there is a way I can do it myself - I would rather

Please if anyone can advise how to do this removal so it doesn't keep coming up please .
