Hi,

I am trying to install brand new and unused copy of Windows 7 Ultimate 64 bit version in a brand new Samsung 804 Pro 512GB SSD inserted into a Packard Bell Easynote TX86 with 8GB RAM.

The computer detects the Windows disk when powered up. It then goes through the following loop:

  1. 'Widows is loading files' screen as it loads files
  2. 'Starting Windows Screen
  3. Power off the computer
  4. Power back onto computer, detect the setup disk and return to step 1

It will not get beyond this and will not allow me to interact with it in any way (at least not that I have found). I thought I might try to install the 32 bit system and then upgrade to the 64 bit but the 32 bit disk has the same issues! Does anyone have an answer to this problem?

Thanks
