Unable to install ZTE 3g dongle in Windows Xp version 2002 Sp3

Hello,

I was using ZTE dongle (Airtel 3g) for the last one year. But recently I connected one Huawei dongle, that time I faced some difficluties while connecting. I uninstalled the connectivity software of Airtel. Then installed "mobile partner" connectivity software for Huawei dongle. Everything worked fine.

Now I want to install and use ZTE dongle again. So I uninstalled "Huawei driver & mobile partner s/w". I have connected the Airtel 3g dongle(ZTE MF 190U HSUPA USB Stick), and installed the connectivity software from the stick. After finishing installation, task bar pops up "new h/w found".

And the following messages came.

I tried both,

Install software automatically - says can't able to install

Install from a specific location - also not worked

My laptop is Dell latitude E6410, I have installed chip set drivers once again. But still I could not solve the issue. The same dongle woks in another laptops. Any issues with comports / usb ports? Please help me to solve this issue.
