Posted March 17, 201410 yr I have just got this laptop, which already came with Windows 7 home premium loaded onto it. It has been working fine before and just now started doing an update. However it has been stuck on installing update 66 or 125 for over 24 hours now. I tried the solution for a similar problem, which was to restart it (even though it says not to power off or unplug) but when it turned back on, it just went promptly to the same screen. What do?
