I had sometimes a CREATOR OWNER, SYSTEM, and other users. Hacker

Please, please help me! I am not very technically orientated. I bought Window 7 about 8 weeks ago and apparently reading the thread made a grave mistake.

I had sometimes a CREATOR OWNER, SYSTEM, and other users. I was thinking this is my computer and I don't share with nodbody. So I reapeatly removed them. Still does. But it brings me into boiling water.

What I can see is that somebody, I referred to him as a hacker, first made all my private documents, pictures, music everything public for all to help themselves to. As you can think I was very, very upset.

Now he is using my C drive with my programs on as a storage place or as a place where anybody and everybody can come help themselves to. Tonigt he restricted me from my C drive. Before that the C drive was nearly full of his stuff.

Am I infected, am I used? I don't even want to switch my computer on. It brought me so much happiness and friends on Facebook and I played a game there which I am missing so much.

I was the only administrater but he created himself or herself as a second administrater.

I am helpless and scared and fed up after letting to clean, format and reload my computer 10 times. Please don't laugh, I am a pensioner and a very proud granny.
