SD Card reader is detected but not media

Today I have just bought new card reader ELECOM MR3-A006, but when i insert microSDHC card, windows 8 as well as Windows Vista shows removable drive but does not detect media. However my cellphone detect this media and it is working fine.

In Explorer it shows drive but when i try to open, it display "Please Insert Disk into removable drive".

Below is my system configuration:

Dell Vostro 1510

Windows Vista Home / Windows 8

USB 2.0

I tried to below solutions but none of this worked:

1. change drive letter from My Computer > Manage > Disk Management

2. Uninstall USB mass storage drivers

Similar issue happens with my laptop's inbuilt O2Micro Integrated SD card reader (I tried to read my camera's SDHC card).

I tried to uninstall driver and reinstall it but still card reader is not working.

So I bought card reader 6 months ago but still it does not detect media, then again I bought new card reader today but still same issue.

Now I am frustrated, please suggest.
