custom city timezones

Hello, I am trying to add clocks for different cites on my desktop or taskbar. But when I do this, I can only choose the city shown in the available timezones.

This is the best I can do:

I would like to change LA to Santa Clara, London to Cambridge and Kolkata to Bangalore.

Is there anyway to accomplish this?
