Posted March 13, 201410 yr I have an HP laptop with Windows XP Home Edition SP3 OS installed. Windows will start up and continue to the screen which displays all the desk top icons I am using and with the toolbar at the bottom with Start etc. A short time later a blue screen flashes on and then off very quickly and the computer shuts down. After shut down The computer then begins start up all over and repeats the same process. I have been through the Recovery process but this does not solve the problem. Has anyone else encountered this and if so what was the solution? I would appreciate any help with this problem. Continue reading...
