Posted March 11, 201410 yr I am having trouble with my microsoft live account. I created it a few days ago witht the email address: *** Email address is removed for privacy *** then I wanted to change my password and I was logged into the account from two pc's at the same time. I think I got the password changed but since then I have not been able to login to that account. I created a different one today which I am using right now to get help. I would like to go back to using my original account. when I try to log in using it, I get this "the Microsoft account is incorrect. please try again. when I go into recover the account, I get the message "the microsoft account you've entered does not exist.". When I tried to create it again a couple of days ago, I got a message saying this " *** Email address is removed for privacy *** is already set up as a Microsoft account. Try signing in with this email, or choose a different account name." I used the account successfully for a few days after the original creation on both my pc's. Continue reading...
