After switching from phone company DSL to cable company internet service I attempted to enter a web chat that is Flash dependent. I was told I had to upgrade Flash but I already had the latest version. I was told to upgrade my browser, in this case Firefox but I already had its latest version. Now my antivirus from Morton 360 is blocking the download of Flash but not the download of the browser. Should I uninstall the Norton program? I already disabled that firewall, leaving none up but Flash still failed to download.
