Posted March 6, 201410 yr Support for Windows XP is ending in April 2014. Is it possible to upgrade my PC from XP to Vista (rather than Windows 7 or 8) in order to extend the life of my machine? I don't think my PC could cope with Windows 7 and in any case I'd have to do a clean install and lose all my programs. I don't want to buy a new machine yet as Windows 7 seems to have a limited life and I hate Windows 8. I'd rather wait for Windows 9. If I can upgrade to Vista, where would I get the installation disk from? And any idea when Vista support will end? Continue reading...
