Posted March 6, 201410 yr I have recently purchased an Epson XP-410 printer and am having difficulty downloading the printer software from the given website. Every time I download it it gives me the message "This app cannot run on your PC." I am not sure why it does not allow me to download the software and do not have a USB to be able to connect to my printer. Continue reading...
