Hi I once had the Browser Manager virous on my computer. And I got rid of it by puting my computer in to safe mode and deleting the Browser Manager folder in C:/ProgramData and then the Browser Manager service was turned of because the folder with its files where removed. But another thing called adware Bprotect also came with Browser Manager and was put in to a folder called side kick manager. When I removed the Browser manager folder I did not remove the side kick manager folder because I did not know what it was at the time. You see though both the Browser Manager and the side kick manager services are stopped. But I was just wanting to know if even though the services ore stopped and the C:/ProgramData/Browser Manager folder is gone, are they still active and harming my PC? I am not having problem with my PC ever since I got rid of the Browser Manager folder but is it possible there is more files that where created by Browser Manager that are still harming my PC or is the side kick manager(or adware Bprotect)harming my PC? I aslo found this C:\Windows\winsxs\amd64_microsoft-windows-s..s-servicecontroller_31bf3856ad364e35_6.1.7600.16385_none_2b54b20ee6fa07b1\services.exe which I read is made by Browser Manager. Could that still run even though the Browser Manager is gone? I might seem kinda strange by typing this and some of this might not make sence but I need to know if my computer is safe and that Browser Manager or the adware Bprotect is not doing any thing. Something elce I found on my computer that was said to be created by Browser Manager is this C:\windows\system32\services.exe but when I vew the properties of it it says it was made by windows. So I don't know what to do with it. So What I need is some one to tell me if my computer is still beeing effected by Browser Manager even though the Browser Manager folder in C:/ProgramData is gone.
