Posted March 2, 201410 yr My headset pairs and connects properly however as soon as i right click on the device and choose control, btwuiext stops working. I have run sfc, checked to see if all services are running on services.msc ,checked all drivers & uninstalled/reinstalled the program. I went to broadcom's site to see if i could find any updates for my bluetooth but their updater/ downloader will not work on my computer(alienware M17x R3, win7, 64bit). This problem has happened only with this headset(being new). The bluetooth version is 12.0.0.4300. any ideas? cheers. Continue reading...
