Posted February 28, 201410 yr Following the mail merge of a word and excel document, I typically print to pdf to avoid the step of creating individual word documents, but now the it's stacking all the letters from the merge fields on top of one another and saving as such in the pdf. The body of the document is normal, but all the merge fields stack. When I close out and reopen the original word document, it too shows the fields stacked. What's going on? Continue reading...
