Error Message ProgramData\MicrosoftServiceManager.dll

this error message pops up after every start up and reboot of my computer. ProgramData\MicrosoftServiceManager.dll

I looked it up on google and it says that it is connected with a worm WinTsk32.exe

How do I go about removing, fixing, or quarantining this worm/virus or whatever it is?

I have McAffee antivirus on my computer and it says im protected but yet this message still pops up.

Any advice?
