Posted February 27, 201410 yr Hi, I just started having issues with my audio and video today. I have a Samsung laptop w/Windows 8. I've had this computer for a year now and have never experienced these problems prior. I was able to listen to Pandora earlier in the day, now it won't cue up and there's no sound. I tried YouTube, I get a screen but a few seconds into the video it stops and there's no sound. The only thing that I can think of is that I updated the QuickTime player, but I think I've done that before and didn't experience any of this. I'd appreciate any feedback.
