Posted February 27, 201410 yr Despite a few re-installations of "Thunderbird" and system reboots, I still keep seeing this message: "Thunderbird is already running, but not responding. To open the new window, you must first close the existing Thunderbird process, or restart your system". I would hate to reinstall Window 8 again. It could count the 3rd time in a year.
