Windows 8 Remote Desktop Connection - cannot connect outside of local network

I cannot access the Windows 8 Pro 64 bit computer outside of my local network, though I can access inside my local network via the internet to simulate remote access outside the local network. The IP addresses that I use remotely are identical to that used inside the network.

 

 

I have the default port (3389). I can connect to the other Windows 7 computers remotely using their respective ports, which are not the default port. The firewall is Windows 8, and the anti-virus is Windows' default as well. There is no corruption in the system files.

 

 

The Netgear router is properly set up for Port Forwarding for this computer at the default port.
