On 2 20, 2014 I received a phone call from someone who stated they a Microsoft Tech and that they were getting a report from my computer that it was infected with a malware virus that was corrupting all my files. They wanted me to turn on my computer and allow them to show me how my computer is being infected. They asked if I was operating the Windows system. I refused. They gave me some weird story about how my computer could get infected from between the internet connection and someplace else. Very strange story on how the computers become infected and how they could show me things if I let them into my system. I told them they couldn't do anything unless I received verification from Microsoft. I then hung up on them. I think someone should be aware of this happening. I've heard so many stories of hackers, etc. that I don't trust anyone that calls on the phone and states they are with some corporation.
