How to Dual Boot windows xp and redhat 5 linux

Dear Experts,

I want to install Red hat 5.1 and windows xp on the same Hard disk. i have install windows xp first and create partitions for XP and leave some free space for red hat and then i install red hat 5.1 in same hard disk on free space. after installation of red hat. both windows and red hat not booting and showing only Grub blinking on blank screen. i want dual boot option on start-up for selecting OS. please guide me how to dual boot windows xp and red hat 5.1 and also dual boot options on start-up.

I need urgent help..
