I have scheduled Microsfoft Secuirty Essentials to run a scan daily........but it never works!

 

Either I have to remember to scan myself or after a period of time I get a warning to say that my computer may not be perotected....I have alreasdy had two recent issues with Hacker Viruses so I want to scan each daily..........

 

Anybody know how to fix this?
