Posted February 13, 201410 yr I have a Windows 8 Toshiba laptop, and for some reason I can't connect to the store. I've tried everything I've read on other posts similar to this one; I've created a new account under a different email, I've switched to a local account, switched back to a Microsoft account, cleared the store cache, restarted, ran the Apps troubleshooter (which claimed to fix the issue but didn't). I don't know what the problem is! When I first ran into this issue yesterday, it said my PC wasn't connected to the network, though it obviously was. Now today, it just says it can't connect to the server. What do I do? Continue reading...
