Windows firewall won't start.

Hello,

 

after a recent virus infection, which has been removed, the Windows firewall service is unable to start(service specific error code 5).

 

A virus and malware scan has been done.

 

BFE has been given the right permissions and is working.

 

MpsSvc also has the right permissions, but isn't working.

 

Every thread/solution I tried, said I had to fix the BFE service permission and the registry permissions of several services, which I all did, and all are working except for MpsSvc.

 

I hope someone can help me out, and if anyone has any questions please let me know.
