Windows 7 80070002 error not repaired by system update readiness tool.

Windows 7 80070002 error not repaired by system update readiness tool. ASUS Essentio Series AMD 6 core. ASUS will not send restore disks, unable to install fresh copy of windows from purchased 7 premium disc. HELP! Need fixed. Need SP1 and can't get it to

install!

 

any guidance and help is appreciated.
