Cannot install KB2786400...Error Code 800B0100. Installed System Update Readiness Tool...same problem.Ran Automatic Troubleshooter...same problemWent to Support Website "Microsoft Answers"...no answersHave been trying to resolve this for over 5 hours now...I should have bought an Apple...
