FPCH Admin AWS Posted May 1, 2013 FPCH Admin Posted May 1, 2013 I have contacted the "answer desk" and tried every suggested fix I have found but Outlook will not go out to the server to get messages unless I do a manual send /receive. The answer desk rep told me I had too many accounts which has no connection with Outlook actually trying to send or download messages. I spend more than an hour with that rep. Anyone solved this yet?
