FPCH Admin AWS Posted April 30, 2013 FPCH Admin Posted April 30, 2013 In trying to get Google Earth to work (again) I have been uninstalling certain things. I uninstalled security essentials via add / remove programs. Now, on booting it says it won't open that. No surprise, since I thought I deleted it. But when I go to MS to try to re-install, it says it's already installed, so must first uninstall. So I go back in to first uninstall, again, it says can't find files to uninstall. Thus it's apparently corrupted. So how can I get rid of corrupted version, so I can re-install? System: XP Home, 32 bit PC with sp3. thanks Google Earth will be a separate issue.
