Have Windows XP, HD crashed, Recovery disks don't work, Installed new HD, have no windows XP disk, i

HP S4200NX was shut down abruptly after waiting for PC longer than normal to shutdown.

Next day tried to boot PC. Safe mode options displayed. Selected all of the options, nothing worked.

Ran test, FAILED HARD DRIVE 1 SMART SHORT SELF TEST. Could not use any of the recovery tools, disk set.

Installed new HDD. Received error message "unable to locate MS user agreement acceptance". The latest error message is

 

'NTLDR is missing"

The desktop did not come with a windows disk, but it has a Microsoft label of authenticity with the product key attached to the top of the PC.

Will I be able to get software for Windows XP Home Edition
