FPCH Admin AWS Posted April 30, 2013 FPCH Admin Posted April 30, 2013 When I attempt to install this update on the users XP SPK3 machine, I only receive the 0x80070020 error in the event logs. However, I downloaded the actual update and attempted to install in safe mode (and also in regular mode) and received the error that ntoskrnl.exe is in use.I have run the Fix-It from Microsoft and find no difference.
