Logging In to Free PC Help Forum Has Changed

I tried this fix-it option but I get an error saying "The service is starting or stopping. Try again

My Windows Update says it was configured incorrectly. I tried the copy and paste option in the CMD-Run as administrator and it still isn't working. View this thread
