Updates KB2726535 and KB2758857 will not install

Hi,

 

I have found i do not get a reply unless it is a new question so as i am still having problems i will post again.

 

I am having trouble with the following updates:- KB2726535- KB2758857Both packages fail even after trying several times with the Windows Updater

 

I tried to download and install both manual with a clean boot option (i know you will try and suggest it if i don't tell you i have already done it) both at the end say that this update has not been installed.

 

I tried to fix this by using the System File Checker, but that tool couldn't find anything wrong with the system.

 

 

 

I did have AVG installed but i have tried disabling it and un-installing it But this did not solve my issue

 

I tried to Reset Windows update components, i was missing a few DLL's when it came to that section but my PC restarted before i had chance to write them all down.

also the command netsh reset winsock is inncorect it worked when i used the command like this: netsh winsock reset.

 

i get the generic Error of 8000FFFF for both packages

i am running windows 7 pro 64bit SP1
