bought a new ACER, win7 desktop from Walmart 2 weeks ago. My mail program &amp my financial pgm don't look good on monitor. Determined that the screen resolution needs to be set to True Color (32 bit), not 256. Reset, clicked on APPLY and clicked on Yes I want

to change this setting. Programs worked good. Closed mail pgm (JUNO.com). When I reactivated it , I have to go through the whole process again about setting True Color 32 bit.

How do I set this up so that the resolution stays at the true color setting?

This works fine on my Toshiba laptop with win7.
