Cannot see any update in my "View Update History" and NO Windows Security Update in "Installed Updat

Hi,I am experiencing a problem with Window Update. I cannot list any Windows Security Update in "Installed Updates" and there is no update in "View Update History". It does not give me an option to restore hidden updates.I think windows update got corrupted. I tried to run System Update Readiness Tool but it took almost 1 hour and I thought I got stuck. So I cancelled it.Does anyone know how to fix this problem?I really appreciate every single suggestion.Thank you
