I have Windows xp get error 8024800A when I try to do windows update or update my anti virus through

I have the newst version of service pack 3, I tried

net stop wuauserv

net stop cryptSvc

net stop bits

net stop msiserver

ren C:WindowsSoftwareDistribution SoftwareDistribution.old

ren C:WindowsSystem32catroot2 catroot2.old

net start wuauserv

net start cryptSvc

net start bits

net start msiserver

pause

 

I get access denied error 5
