I've seen this same issue on plenty of forums, but people keep getting told to begin their own thread about their own problem so... here's mine:Windows 7 Home Premium SP1

IE version 10.0.9200.16540 (I don't use it, but other forums asked for version info)

My issue is the same as the people View this thread
