Logging In to Free PC Help Forum Has Changed

My main user account is Freezing and my guest account isnt

I went to log into my account on my laptop and my account freezes. Im not sure what is going on but i really dont want to loose all of my stuff! It logs me in and then freezes. I have no idea what to do. My guest account works fine (that is what I am on

now). But all of my homework is on my main account. I need help!!
