Homegroup - how do I link emails

I have a PC and 2 laptops linked together in a home group. Each unit is linked to my emails accounts. But if I read an email on my PC and then delete the email why is it it still shows in the inbox of either laptop? For example, at 5 pm I read and

deleted 5 emails using my laptop. Later that night I go n my PC and check the email account and those 5 emails are still shown, so I have to delete them again off that computer and then later dlete the same emails on the third unit. Seems like a wast of time

and inefficient. Can I not set up my Homegroup so that if someone reads, answers or deletes an email on one computer, the change is shown on the the other computers?
