Terminal Server Printing issues (Additional Print trays missing)

We recently installed windows 2003 terminal server with SP2. Most of our

printer are HP laserjet printers and to be specific laserjet 4100, 4050,

4300and 9000 series printer. We get the default printer mapped ok while

logging on to the terminal server but seem to lose the additional trays in

the printer settings on the TS client. Is there any way to fix this issue. If

we log on as admin to that TS session we can add the trays and the setting

for that particular workstation remains OK. Is this a permission issue? Once

we have the trays the printing is not an issue
