mse installed but attempting it to open by mouse pointer it is automatically disappears.

MSE installed but attempting it to open by mouse pointer it is automatically disappears.When approached through start up it suddenly fluctuates but could not trace it in notification tool bar. so could not be updated frequently. several times installed

and uninstalled...after running quickheal total security...system became cleaned but problem remain same after reinstalling.please help me to sort out this type of problem.
