Logging In to Free PC Help Forum Has Changed

I see all the folders and files under my documents in C drive but I cant open anything. It says fold

I have McAfee on my laptop. McAfeesays computer is secured and no action necessary. Three days ago I wanted to get access to my Documents folder in C drive but could not open any file or folder. It says the file could be couurpt. I like to retrieve all

those files (over 100). Could be a virus? I got the computer clear of all the viruses with malwarebytes, hitmanpro, unhide files etc but the problem is still there.
