M.S.E not removing my viruses, as set up in Default or Manual

I noticed my M.S.E icon was missing, this first alerted me to a problem. After finally getting to M.S.E, it was in the red, so i gave it a full scan and discovered viruses &amp Malware, i then took action(as recommended) and manually removed them, i was instructed

to then restart my PC once everything was apparently done to finish the removal , by then it was now in the yellow, great, finally getting somewhere - or so i thought, did this only to find i was back in the red and viruses &amp all other malware originally found

by M.S.E still there ?????if anybody's reading this, it seems as though i had a bad virus(Trojan), the answer was to uninstall M.S.E, then re-install it, do a full scan, then take appropriate action. solved.
