strongvault malware

I've run all the anti-virus - malware programs to uninstall the Strongvault online backup malware - it installed itself on my computer - fix it found it but cannot uninstall - I've run Norton and MS security with no effect - forums have posted several

remedies, but they have not worked - don't know what to do - *** Email address is removed for privacy ***
