I cannot do Window Updates (Error 80070002)

Before I rebooted, my Windows Update would not work. After I rebooted, it still won't work. I'm trying to install a Chinese language pack, so my computer will be able to read Chinese. I always have the 'Error 80070002'. I tried finding help for this Error

and followed the instructions. It still won't work. Please help. I really need my computer to be able to read Chinese.
