FPCH Admin AWS Posted April 19, 2013 FPCH Admin Posted April 19, 2013 MS Techs and Friends: I recently installed shareware (Call Station 5.5 & Call Soft's Advanced CallCenter ). I eventially deleted Call Soft's Advanced CallCenter and have kept CallStation (by Impulse Tech.). However, now, I have a PADLOCK ICON on my UserAcct (named Elee), and I, E Lee, am also the Administrator although when I go to control panel 'User Accts' I see an entry for both an E.Lee (Me) and Adminstrator. Everything works OK except I CANNOT CREATE A NEW FOLDER EXCEPT BY USE OF THE CMD PROMPT. Can anyone help? View the thread Quote Off Topic Forum - Unlike the Rest
