changing router cisco pass word please?

I have been using my desktop computer and it crashed after 15 years old.

I started using my laptop and found out people are using my wifi and

pass word. So i want to change it so no one uses my wifi unless i allow

them too.

 

Can some one please tell me how. when i phoned cisco they said my warrenty

expired and they refused to tell me how to change my pass word unless

i paid $39.95.

 

I am disabled and i live on small income if i pay them i wont be able to pay

my rent.
